ICE serves as a Signature Award Sponsor of the annual JA National Student Leadership Summit competition which provides high school students the chance to acquire and enhance 21st Century Learning through rich and rewarding collaborative experiences designed to engage creative and critical thinking skills, decision-making and problem-solving skills, and communication and teamwork skills. Fifteen or more teams of students from across the US will participate in this national event each June. The ICE Best Financial Performance Award is given to the team that performed the best against criteria including profitability, investor expectations, employee earnings, product quality, leadership, and operational efficiency. Additionally, ICE invests in JA through their commitment to equipping youth with financial literacy and work readiness skills with a significant gift to JA of Georgia to support their goals.
