Join us in supporting Junior Achievement USA. For over 100 years, Junior Achievement has prepared students with the skills and confidence they need to pursue economic and life success. With your help, we can inspire even more students to achieve brighter tomorrows.

In celebration of Encore’s official partnership with JA USA and Encore’s expanded financial support, we would like to extend a special one-time donation match campaign to all U.S. employees to help support JA’s work in the U.S. As part of this voluntary donation campaign, Encore will match up to a total of $20,000 donated by employees.

The total amount will be evenly divided to benefit JA Chapters near our offices in Phoenix, Roanoke, San Diego, St. Cloud and Troy, as well as JA USA.
